Overall strategy of the emi group

So as to ensure profitable growth, and thus to perpetuate the activities of the group, the management committeee wishes :

1. To commit itself in favour of a lasting and balanced relationship with the different stakeholders in the life of the company
2. To satisfy cllients :
   • By responding to their demands,
   • By seeking to increase their satisfaction through the continuous improvement of productivity, the optimisation of the cost/efficacy ratio and responsiveness to new demands
   • By accompanying them in their developments, including via the integration of new trades.
3. To satisfy all of the group's employees :
   • By offering a work environment that is motivating, healthy and safe,
   • By training and involving our staff to perpetuate and increase our know-how over the long term.
4. To satisfy the interested parties by respecting the environment as well as the regulatory and legal requirements, to develop our brand image.
5. To select outstanding suppliers according to their ability to respect our requirements and based on a quality and environmental management that is consistent with our own.

The management committee commits to providing the companies in the group with the human and technical resources necessary for the implementing of this strategy and to support any action contributing to it.
